TAP DRAGON CRAFT BEER & WINE BAR SET TO OPEN ITS DOORS THIS SUMME
Tap Dragon Craft Beer & Wine bar is set to become the official Tap Room of Gilbert, AZ as it prepares to open its industrial doors to patrons in August 2021 on the corner of Gilbert and Warner Road.
This playground of hops Beer Bar has been designed to keep up with its simple goal - “Great Beer, Great Service”. It is something one can expect from Jennifer Gallego, owner of the Tap Dragon, who plans on bringing an “A” Game of quality craft beers, wine, and customer service!
Gallego has spent years studying flavor profiles, building relationships in the craft beer community, and even brewed her own beer at home to ensure she understands every detail that goes into creating this magical pint. She is now set to bring about the revolution to patrons in Gilbert, AZ, and surrounding areas.

The craft beer industry has traditionally been dominated by men, and Gallego understands the challenge. “As a woman in the industry, I know the feeling of intimidation when you walk into a bar or brewery". It’s kind of a man’s world, and I’m excited to help change that”, she says brimming with confidence.
She has every reason to be excited as the highly anticipated Beer Bar will start serving Craft Beer, Wine, Mead and Cider. Given Gallego’s passion for great beer and wine, one can expect only the best at Tap Dragon Craft Beer & Wine bar. After all, the tagline is “WHERE GREAT BEER ISN’T A MYTH”!
In all, 32 craft beers on tap, and 15 rotating wines will be served at the indoor and outdoor bar with a dog-friendly patio. Customers looking to take some beer home will be able to mix and match their own four-packs of beer to-go.
As Gallego says, “I’m hoping to become the Cheers of the neighborhood, and people from all walks of life are welcome.”
As of August 2021, 835 South Gilbert Street will be the address to be at in Gilbert, Az!
